Even when you are not in perfect shape, swimming is one of the greatest way to keep fit. With all around muscle toning and the lack of impact on you joints, most any of us can swim. What prevented me from swimming, as a B.B.W. was the difficulty I had finding a plus size bathing suits that I liked.
